Thank you for your interest in our Function Room.  We have a Function Room available at the tavern. The room is great for hosting surprise birthdays, holiday, bachelor, bachelorette parties. We also gladly welcome kids parties or anything else you'd like to plan.

Our Function Room has a private full bar, It's own juke box with a wide verity of music to fit all age groups. It has two pool tables that you may use or we can tuck them away for you. The room has a separate entrance to our court yard with outdoor games, a covered area where you can enjoy food, drink and your favorite cigar. We have a entertainment license so you may bring a full band or dj with you. The room holds up to 110 people.  Book your next special occasion with us! 

• Is there a room charge: NO as long as you purchase $300 in FOOD there is NO charge for the room.
• How many does the room hold: We have parties from 25 to 100 people.
• What are the times the room is available: Day parties go from 11:30am to 4:30pm Evening parties go from 5pm to closing ( 12 0r 1am)
• What comes with the room: The room has 3 TV's, 2 Pool Tables, Juke box, a Full Bar, Private rest rooms, a Small PA system and access to out Court yard were you can enjoy Bocce, Ping Pong, Baggo and other outside activities.
• Can I decorate the room: Yes you may.
• What do I need to bring: Nothing we provide everything needed to serve your food and beverages, of course if you would like to bring in special napkins or plates or anything  else you would like your more than welcome.
• How is the food served: Buffet style in chafing pans with sternos to keep your food hot throughout your party.
• Can I bring a DJ or a Band: Yes we have a full music entertainment license.
• How do I reserve the room: A non-refundable check made out to Cole's Tavern in the amount of $200 will hold the room for you.
• When do I need the final head count and food order: 10 day's prior to your party.
